When it comes to diets and healthy eating, I’ve tried it all. Keto, weight watchers, intermediate fasting, you name it. I’ve discovered that if you’re trying to lose weight, not only should you eat healthily but have a healthy lifestyle and daily routine. Working out five days a week, drinking a lot of water, getting enough sleep, etc. If you’re looking to lose weight for any reason at all, here are a couple of meal and snack ideas for a low-calorie count.

You’ll feel hungry the first couple of days or weeks after sticking to this meal plan but it’s important to remember that when you’re hungry and you choose not to eat your body starts to eat its own fat. It may be hard to follow this meal plan, but remember that it isn’t forever. Whenever you feel hungry, drink a lot of water. If you’re still feeling unsatisfied and craving an extra snack, add an apple or celery and carrots sometime throughout the day!
If you’re just looking for healthier snack ideas you NEED to try the pop corners flourish veggie crisps. They will satisfy your salty cravings and won’t leave you feeling guilty. The ingredients and nutrition label left me shocked, if you don’t believe me, see for yourself!
