If you haven’t entered the world of online yoga, you’re in for a treat!
As much as I adore in-person yoga classes because of the incredible sense of community and personal feel, online yoga is a wonderful free alternative for the days you can’t head to the studio. This is also a wonderful option for beginner yogis who maybe aren’t comfortable with learning the poses in front of strangers.
Thanks to YouTube, there are thousands of free yoga videos for all different levels of experience and all different styles of flows. In the mood for slow hip stretches? There’s a video for that. Want a heart-pumping energetic flow? YouTube has your back. Need to understand how to properly do a Downward Facing Dog? Just type your request in the search bar and the algorithm gods will hand you a video.
I can always trust that I’ll find a yoga video that’s the right length, speed and style to help my body thrive. There are plenty of certified yoga instructors that are so generously sharing their teachings for free so strangers on the internet can practice yoga in the privacy of their living rooms.
I’ve been exploring the virtual yoga realm since I was about 14-years-old and now that I’m a certified yoga instructor, I have quite a few recommendations about which videos to try.
Easy Morning Yoga Flow | For Beginners! (15 min )
Whether you’re new to yoga or just want a flow that’s simple and gentle, this quick video is for you! You’ll finish feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day.
Movement Medicine – Energy Practice – Yoga With Adriene
You might be familiar with Yoga with Adriene. She’s been on YouTube for years now but blew up in the thick of quarantine. I love this 15-minute flow because it’s easy to squeeze in during a busy day, it’s energizing and feels incredible on the hips.

This video has to be one of my absolute favorites. It’s energizing, strengthening and stretching all at once.
20 minute Dancing Warrior Flow | Plus Size Yoga with Edyn
Get ready to feel strong after this flow. The fluid motion in the Warrior poses feels incredible on the body.
Yoga for Constipation Relief, Cramps and Fatigue | 20 Min Yoga Sequence
If your tummy isn’t feeling too hot, whether it’s from PMS or indigestion, this gentle video is a life-saver. Cramps, be gone!
432Hz – 3 Hour Crystal Singing Bowl Healing Sound Bath (4K, No Talking) – Singing Bowls – Sound Bath
This video is some of the most gorgeous music you’ll hear to accompany your practice. It’s perfect for any yoga flow you do on your own, in the background of a yoga video that doesn’t already have music, for meditation or just to add some relaxing vibes in your room.
I hope you loved all of these videos! These yogi YouTubers have fantastic channels filled with different length yoga flows for all levels and styles of yoga. I highly encourage you to check them out.
Namaste,
Camryn
