Makeup can be confusing — and expensive! Because most eye shadow pallettes come with multiple shades, you might pick your favorites and end up wasting the other colors in the pallet. With Almay’s new “Meet Your Squad” eyeshadow quartets, this problem is a thing of the past. These eyeshadows come in 15 different shades, each offering a matte, satin, metallic, and glitter finish! Perfect for mixing and matching, you can create a unique and customized look without breaking the bank.
This eye makeup look can be created using any combination of the shadow quads. For reference, I used Here Goes Nothing, Unplugged, and Ambition, and numbered each corner for easy-to-follow directions.
Step one:
Using a fluffy tapered blending brush, blend Here Goes Nothing shade one from the inner corner, through the crease, and to the edge of the brow bone.
Step two:
Using a dense rounded blending brush, blend unplugged shade 1 into the crease and the outer corner of the eyelid.
Step three:
Using a small crease blending brush, apply Ambition shade one into the outer corner of the eyelid and blend, dragging it towards the inner corner of the eye.
Step four:
Using a small flat lid brush, apply Here Goes Nothing shade four all over the lid, the inner eye corner, and the brow bone.
Final step:
Finish off your look with your favorite mascara. I used Tarte’s Lights, Camera Lashes.
