And the Oscar goes to…

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at MSU chapter.

On Thursday, January 16, Chris Hemsworth announced the 2014 Oscar nominees outside of the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills, Calif. With many great films, actors, and actress nominated for an Oscar, it may be hard to predict which ones will bring home the golden statuette on Sunday, March 2.

And, as if the gorgeous gowns, celebrity appearances, and JLaw are not enough reasons to watch the 86th Annual Academy Awards, Ellen DeGenerous will be hosting! If you remember anything from her hosting the Oscars in 2007, you know that this is not one to miss!
