Times are tough. That’s a statement that not one of us can argue with, and when times are tough, finding a job is tougher. It is competitive out there in the job and internship market; I’m pretty sure it could even be labeled as hazardous: a raging blood-bath full of desperate, half-crazed people sounds pretty dangerous to me. Then again, I may just be exaggerating.

Focused more on the job side of things, this website offers a variety of positions worldwide. With 50 million visitors per month, it is big on making a difference in peoples’ careers. Chopped full of job opportunities, this site not only allows you to search for possible career openings, but also offers data on different areas of work. For example, I searched “Journalist” and was able to find journalism trends, average salaries, and more. It is very simple to use (thus, SimplyHired); just type in a keyword or two and you are good to go. Also, did I mention it’s free?! Better get started right now!
