It’s hard to miss Darryl Sinkfield, despite the never-ending crowds of people at Blanchard Café. He stands behind the counter and greets every MoHo with a bright smile and a friendly “hello” before he whips up something delicious off of the menu. Darryl is this semester’s first campus cutie! How long have you lived in Massachusetts? Twenty-two years, three months, and a week.
What’s your favorite dessert in the entire world? Mother’s Jewish coffeecake (he just can’t).
If you could knock off one thing from your bucket list, what would it be?Carnival in Rio de Janerio, Brazil.
Do you have any advice for the first-year students? When you come to Blanch make sure you know what you want and how you want it.
What’s your absolute favorite song? “What Kind of Man Would I Be” by Mint Condition. A more current song would be, “Latch” by Disclosure.
What’s the best meal at Blanchard Café? The Indian dal.
