This will mark the third year that I have been in love with concerts. Since the middle of 2021, I have attended thirteen concerts and I plan to add to that number in 2024. The Raleigh Concert lineup for this year is already looking so fun. Here are a few concerts to look forward to in Raleigh in 2024.
LANY
Feb 13 and 14
The Ritz
Dancing in the Kitchen came up on my Discover Weekly a few years ago and I have loved them ever since. I went to their concert at Red Hat Amphitheater in 2022 with some friends and we had the best time. After their newest album, XXL, was released I knew I needed to see those sing live.
FAll Out Boy
March 19
PNC Arena
To me, FOB’s music is the best played live. I have listened to them for almost ten years now and this will be my third time seeing them live. My first was the MANIA tour in 2017 at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte and my next was the So Much for (Tour) Dust at PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte so I am excited for them to be coming to my city.
Dreamville Festival
April 6-7
Dorothea Dix Park
This festival is a staple experience for NC State students to attend. Started by J. Cole, it brings big names to Raleigh and this year will even have Nicki Minaj performing. The rest of the lineup has not yet been announced, but it never disappoints.
Niall Horan
June 7
Walnut Creek
As a One Direction fan, I have always loved Niall. It has been so fun getting to see each of them pursue their own careers doing what they want. Niall’s music is some of my favorite and I love his newest album The Show. Heartbreak Weather is still my favorite of his though, so I am excited to hopefully see some of those songs live as well!
