I don’t know about you, but I get tired just thinking about working out. I’m that person who gets winded after a flight of stairs. If you’re someone who, perhaps like me, is athletically challenged, it can be hard to stay focused and motivated while you exercise. However, there is one thing that helps me more than anything else (even telling myself *insert celebrity crush of the day’s name here* is cheering me on). And that would be a KILLER playlist.
It’s taken me a very long time to perfect this list, but now that I have it, I feel like nothing can stop me. Before I begin, here’s a bit of a disclaimer. I typically switch between 2 playlists when I work out- one for running and one for everything else. The actual playlists I have are about 230 songs total. For the sake of your time and my sanity, I picked my Top 30 from the two that work for anything (though I starred off my favorites for running!).
Leggo.

It can help you find that inspiration you didn’t know you needed! Most importantly, when making a playlist like this, play around with it. See what works best for you! Happy Gym Day!
