HC: Why do your friends call you Dr. Augustine?
Stone: Because we were working out, and I said, “Call me Mr. Honesty” and one of them misheard me and called me “Dr. Augustine” and they just started calling me that.
HC: What do you look for in a girl?
Stone: [Laughs] Good personality, honesty, funny, laughs at my jokes, [laughs] genuine (I’ve met girls who are fake and…yeah), fun to be around, positive person.
HC: What’s your signature pick-up move?
Stone: [Laughs] AHH! This is so funny. Let’s see… What do I do to pick up girls. Look them in the eye—no I don’t have a signature pick-up move. One of my friends told me if you reach for a girl’s hand she’ll grab it so I’ve tried that, but I don’t have a signature pick-up move.
HC: What campus activities are you involved in?
Stone: I play football – number 31. I’m in an improv group called the Titanic Players. We have a show every first Friday of the month. You should come.
HC: What’s your favorite campus hangout?
Stone: I hang out at Plex – my best friends live there.
HC: What’s something that a lot of people don’t know about you?
Stone: [Laughs] I love country music. People who live with me know I sing country songs in the shower.
HC: Anything else you want to add?
Stone: I want to give a shout out to PUMAMAMA and Out Da Box and NU Football – Go Cats!
Why HC loves Stone: Stone can be intimidating when you first meet him, but soon you’ll be laughing at all of his jokes and see that this gigantic football player is actually the sweetest person you have ever met. Not only is Stone athletic and smart, he also has theatrical talent that only adds to his list of qualities and skills. Good-looking and funny, this southern gentleman is also one of the most chivalrous men we’ve seen on campus. We hear his bear hugs are amazing, too!
