In honor of May the Fourth Be with You this past Monday, here is finals week as told by your favorite Jedi, Sith, princesses, droids, clone troopers, Wookies, Ewoks, and other characters from the Star Wars Universe.

When you first think about finals week, you’re like, “Eh, that’s still pretty far in the future, I’ve got time”.

As Finals week approaches, you slowly start to realize how unprepared you really are for the oncoming storm of exams and paper.

So, to decide to study—but after procrasi-cleaning and hanging out with your good pal Netflix.

But then you realized how much time has gone by,

So you are forced to start studying if you want to have any chance of passing your finals. So, reluctantly, you say goodbye to your laptop,

and you head to Club Hes or your favorite study spot to begin work. But as time goes by, it feels like the more you study, the less you can remember.

You wish you could just upload the exam information directly into your brain, like an android.

Still, you continue to study until you feel like your head’s about to explode

So you take a break to make some delicious study snacks to boost your studying efforts.

Some of your friends seem to have no problem studying/handling finals stress/acting normal, and you’re like:

Because, for you, the impending exams and deadlines feel like this:

You feel like your like is spiraling out of control.

You get to the point of feeling completely helplessness and are ready to ask anyone for help, anyone to save you from exams:

But, around 3:00 AM, you have an moment of self-reflection and realization. You decide to stop having a self-pity party and just do your best, and that is no more than anyone can ask for.

You feel and extra surge of motivation and power to accomplish anything,

Even though, chances are, you’re too sleep-deprived to even speak intelligibly.

Still, you’re ready. You walk into the exam room, ready to face your fate.

You start the exam, which looks like this when you turn the cover page:

But you pull yourself together and start answering some questions. You get to the multiple choice section, and you’re like “Great, I have choices, this should be easy”. But then you face a bunch of trick questions where two or more answers are equally valid:

At some point, you start guessing on a lot of questions, and your approach begins to feel like this:

Then, you finished you exam, and you’re like:

However, as you turn in your exam to your professor, you think, “I survived! Heck, I might have passed!”You give them one final look as you depart the class forever.

So you came in and conquered, like the exam taking boss that you are, and you’re feeling pretty good about yourself:

But what about that paper due tomorrow that you completely forgot about?

You realize that you’re going to have to pull another all-nighter to finish this paper on time.

You think of how you professor said that this is not a paper to be completed the night before, and you’re like:

So you power through your paper, super salty that you have to write this thing.

Somehow, you manage to submit it on time, and you’re feeling both relieved and awesome about your accomplishment.

AND…….

FINALLY YOU ARE FREE!!! FINALS WEEK IS OVER!!

Celebrate another finals week and semester done!
