When not not eating sushi, missing perfect weather, and applying to medical school, senior Teresa Choe rocks some seriously impressive nail art. She chatted with HCND to break it down step-by-step so you can practice as you procrastinate on your own apps. #internshipseason

Can you please tell me how you did the purple drip nail you put on insta?: Paint a white base and let dry fully. Then using an old ball point pen, dip it into purple nail polish and gently make dots however far you want the drips to be. Dip the pen in the purple polish again and gently connect to the top of the nail (opposite end of cuticles). Finally, use your nail polish brush to make a thin, french-tip-like line at the top of your nails to connect all the drips. Finish with a clear coat so the drips aren’t bumpy.
