It’s important to take some time out sometimes to look after yourself, whether that be taking an hour out in the evening to have a nice relaxing bath and read your favourite book or taking an entire night off to pamper yourself. It doesn’t matter how much time you have, you can always fit in something to treat yourself – face masks only take 5-10 minutes after all!

For the bath

One of my favourite ways to pamper myself is to put Netflix on and have a nice loooong bath. Here are some of my favourite products to use:
