“Vegetable stir-fry with chicken pieces. It’s quick and easy, but also very tasty.”
What has been your favourite part of freshers?
“Getting to know everyone, talking to different people. I haven’t been to Nottingham before so it was really nice to explore the campus, which is beautiful, and see the town centre.”
What is the thing you’re most excited for this year?
“I took a year out so I’m really excited to begin the course because I really feel like I haven’t used my brain since 2015! And of course I’m really looking forward to the nights out!”
