Her Campus Nottingham has an established relationship fundraising for Coppafeel and we think it is crucial that young women everywhere know about their work and how important it is to get to know our bodies. Coppafeel is an open, fun, and vital charity that operates to educate us on the importance of checking our breasts regularly. They are the first breast cancer charity in the UK to solely focus on raising awareness on how to spot the early signs of breast cancer, in order to have the best chance of survival. Although their focus is primarily on breast cancer, Coppafeel also launched the #RETHINKINGCANCER Campaign as they believe young people should be taught about all cancers and be informed on the best ways to reduce the risk of developing cancer from a young age. Coppafeel reaches out to young people all over the UK through their ambassadors in schools, universities, workplaces, festivals, the media, and at their one day festival curated by Fearne Cotton called FESTIFEEL. So how can YOU help? Well, you can volunteer with your uni boob team OR purchase a ticket for our upcoming annual fashion show raising money for Coppafeel – over £500 was raised last year – on March 19th.

It’s £5 entry and for that you get: performances from RadioOctave and NUDance, a free Photo Booth, custom cocktails, the chance to enter our BIG CHARITY RAFFLE, our Noughties themed catwalk (thanks to Fashion Society), a glow stick and UV stamp on entry, and Noughties music all night long! A night to remember whilst effortlessly making money for a brilliant cause. Buy tickets here: https://ticketlab.co.uk/event/id/1163 Follow: @coppafeelpeople Learn more: www.coppafeel.org
