I think it is safe to say that everyone has splurged on a pair of Levi’s at least once in their life. For myself, I own two pairs, which I have worn literally to death. However, I don’t know if I have gained weight or because I wear my Levi’s every day, but I have found the same rip on all my Levi’s inner thighs. This recurring dilemma of mine has demolished my entire collection of Levi Jeans. Because of this, I decided that it was time to venture out into the great big world of denim and try out a new brand that may turn my head away from my beloved Levis. After much Insta-searching and blog readings, I stumbled upon Rollas – an Australian denim brand.
I first heard of Rollas after seeing a collaboration they did with Sofia Richie. After reviewing the collab images, I decided I would splurge and invest in the Classic Straight – 90’s Blue denim. The package took around two weeks to arrive since the company is in Australia. However, after much waiting and refreshing my tracking button – they finally arrived.
My first impressions of the jeans were of their thick and soft quality. They had an expensive touch to them, which reminded me of my Levi’s. After trying on the jeans, I loved the way they hugged my waist. Additionally, they did wonders for the booty. They also were not too tight around the legs and did not leave me feeling unable to sit or breathe, which is a total plus. This feature also meant that it is unlikely that they will rip in the inner seam.
My favorite thing about the jeans was their versatility and 90’s mom jean flair, which is totally in fashion right now. My only complaint out of the entire jean was their length. Because I am a whopping five-foot-two, the jeans were exceptionally long on me. However, it was super easy for me to take them to the tailor to get them cut right along my ankle.
Overall, I am obsessed with my Rolla jeans and am always getting complimented on them. Whether it is by coworkers, family members, friends, etc., everyone wants a pair of Rollas! I highly suggest that if you are on the hunt for a jean brand, you check out Rollas, and I promise you won’t regret it!
