M&M Store (Broadway)
If you go to the MM store on Broadway, you are most likely a tourist. No one really goes there. The lines are insane. It is basically smack in the middle of Times Square. And if you are there during the summer (non-Covid times of course), you will be stuck in human traffic for hours!
Sugar Factory (Times Square)
If the Sugar Factory is your favorite sweets store, there’s a large chance that you probably had a birthday there in HS. You also probably realized that you have spent way too much money on their overrated, mediocre food and drinks. I mean at the end of the day, it’s all for the aesthetics and Instagrammable smoking goblet drinks. And Kylie Jenner has been there before so that gives you more of a reason to go there.Â
Dylan’s Candy BarÂ
If your favorite store is Dylan’s Candy Bar, you just want to take a picture with their box, let’s be honest. The number of times I have seen their logo show up on an influencer’s feed is insane. Immediately after purchasing, you probably also just realized that you spent way too much money on basic candy because a box of sour gummy should never cost $30.
Sour Patch Kids Store
You are either a child at heart or you are a nanny and your kid forced you to go there after you picked him up from his preschool in West Village. You have always wondered why the floor is always sticky there.
Ice Cream Museum
You are an adult and you have realized that your insta feed has dried up after you started your corporate job. Well the Ice Cream Museum is a great place to take picture for your IG, but at $39 a ticket, your crush better like and comment on your photo.
Laduree (SoHo)
You are a rich tourist in NYC for sure. You came here not because you wanted macaroons, it’s because you couldn’t go to France. You’re reminiscing the ambience you felt in Paris that’s why you are here.Â
