HC Oneonta 2016 Halloweekend Costume Contest

Her Campus Oneonta is back with our second annual Halloween Costume Contest!

Last year, HC Oneonta hosted our very first Halloween Costume Contest, and had some awesome results. We received over thirty entries, which made it challenging to narrow it down to just one. Our winner of the 2015 Costume Contest was Erica Doran:
