Choosing a signature scent can be difficult. Yet with spring in session, now is the perfect time to play with fun florals and find your signature scent. With so many options, brands, and scents, buying a perfume can be stressful. However here are three tips when choosing a perfume.

  1. Have a list in mind, that way you are not smelling every single bottle and confusing your nose.
  2. Try the scent on your wrist. Each perfume interacts differently with every body chemistry.
  3. Lastly, walk around for an hour and see if you still like the scent or if it long-lasting. Sometimes scents wear off or change with your skin chemistry over time.

After a long rainy winter in Eugene, you deserve a new springtime scent. Here are five great options for any collegiette. These sweet spring scents will be perfect for any upcoming occasion this season.

Marc Jacob’s Daisy Eau So Fresh

This flirty fragrance is perfect for springtime. With hints of Grapefruit and Plum, this perfume is a lovely addition for a fun evening out with friends. This scent is perfect for someone who wants to wear floral but doesn’t want to smell like an old lady. Daisy Eau So Fresh keeps it young and playful.

From Sephora: “A whimsical interpretation of the original Daisy fragrance, this scent is more fruity, more bubbly, more fun! Open the bottle and you’ll be transported to a field of sunshine.”

Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gioia

This is my personal favorite springtime fragrance. It smells like a very light mint mojito and is a wonderful addition for a beach vacation. Aqua Di Gio is not too floral and not too fruity, but light and fresh for every occasion. With hints of lemon and brown sugar it is the perfect sweet scent
