Hiking Trails Around Eugene

1. Spencer Butte:

This hike is extremely well-known among avid hikers. The breathtaking view of the entire Willamette Valley at the top is definitely worth the climb.

2. Skinner Butte

This is a considerably easier hike for those that don’t really want to break a sweat. It is close to the Willamette River and several parks, so this is a win-win.

3. Fall Creek Trail

Although this is a longer trail, it is perfect if you want to take a dip in a swimming hole or two along the way. You can also discover the popular site known as Slick Creek Cave.

4. Mount Pisgah

Venture right outside of Eugene to find Mount Pisgah. There are several trails to choose from plus a stunning view at the summit.

5. Mount June Summit Trail

This steep yet short hike offers the tallest peak in the area at 4,618 feet.
