Zoe’s Style Blog: Fall Into the Season

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at OSU chapter.

Leaves are falling, the temperature is dropping, and the styles are changing.  I know the weather is a little indecisive right now here in Ohio but that amazing autumn climate is right around the corner.  One of my favorite things about fall is shopping! It’s time to stock up on jeans, jackets, boots, and all the necessary fall accessories.  Who doesn’t love to bundle up with a scarf, blazer and some amazing boots?  You can strut your favorite style around campus and still be comfortable and cozy.  Fall fashion trends can include a few of your favorite summer/spring items as well.  Whether it is wearing your favorite shorts with a pair or tights and boots, or your favorite taank top with a jacket or vest, the outfit combinations are endless.  Fashion trends change as often every season, year, or decade; however, your personal style always stays intact even as the trends shift.  The amazing thing about fashion is that there are so many different styles you can employ to express yourself.  Whether your style is classic, chic, whimsical, or bohemian, the gradual revolution in fashion changes with your style.  It’s time to hit up your favorite stores and stock up on the real necessities in life ;).

Pieces to complete the perfect fall wardrobe:

1. Skinny Jeans: Urban Outfitters
You can find some amazing jeans at Urban.  Although they are around $60, they are great quality!

2. Trench Coat: Forever 21
Every time I shop at Forever I feel like I am always getting amazing deals.  Search through their outerwear section and pick out your favorite fall jackets.

3. Boots: Urbanog.com
I found this website when I was searching for a new pair of boots. Not only do they have an amazing assortment of shoes, but the prices are reasonable!

4. Fall Accessories: Pitaya
Aside from their great prices on clothing, this boutique offers a great selection of jewelry, hats, purses, belts and wallets.
