Zoe’s Style Blog: If The Boot Fits …

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at OSU chapter.

For all women, from the chic stiletto-wearing fashionista to the sensible career woman, boots are the go-to fashion staple once the temperature starts to drop. Everyone can agree that there is nothing better than an amazing pair of boots for this chilly weather!

Whether you love knee-high leather riding boots, or mid-leg trendy combat boots, your options are endless. Boots look amazing with anything; they are a truly versatile addition that can dress up or dress down any outfit. Try out your boots with a dress and tights, or add a bold statement to your ordinary skinny jeans or leggings. If you want to give your wardrobe an edgy makeover, try on some chunky combat boots. Or if you want to go for the more for the classic yet trendy type, try a tight-fitted ankle boot.

Now, we know that with so many different options out there, choosing the “best” boot can get difficult! Try to pick a style that you know will already work with what is in your closet. We also recommend choosing a boot that you can transition from day to night, in order to get the most out of them!

No matter which direction you decide to take with your boots this fall, just remember boots can accessorize every outfit. Whether you’re looking for an outfit for a dressy event, or just getting ready for class in the morning, keep in mind that you always have a pair of boots to help pull any look off.
