Riverwalk Coffee/Bagel
Quite honestly, anything Riverwalk serves is amazing! Not only is the inside of each restaurant modern and brand new, but it’s also so cute and aesthetic inside. Going here definitely makes me feel like I’m at any cafe or bagel shop in NYC so I love coming here. I usually get a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and depending on the season, either an iced pumpkin spice latte or iced coffee with caramel and cream. Riverwalk coffee makes the best and most creative drinks for fall time so I definitely recommend trying them out while they’re in season!Â
Rivers End Bookstore
Rivers End Bookstore has a wide selection of books from adult books to children’s books. Not only do they sell books and book-related items, but they have a little tree house for kids to sit in and read which is so cute (I wish they made one for adults).
Bodified
Bodified is definitely a cool place for anyone into spirituality. They have amazing posters and original works of art for sale. They also have crystals, incense, clothes, and other rare and unique items! Definitely a place to go to, only if you’re 18+.
3 Sisters Gifts
By far my second favorite place in Oswego (after Riverwalk). They have so many different kinds of crystals here and in different forms. They also have candles that have crystals in them once you fully finish the candle. Along with crystals, they have beautiful necklaces. A 10/10 place to get your partner a gift from if they’re into spirituality.Â
Oswego 7
You cannot come to Oswego without going to at least one movie in Oswego 7. It has been open since 1941 and looks old-fashioned inside. It’s a cool experience if you’re like me and from New York City where all our movie theaters are AMC or Regal and don’t hold history to them like Oswego 7 does. Depending on the theater your movie is in you could get the recliner chairs, which is a plus!
These are my top five things to do in Oswego so far from the shops I’ve been in to in town. I hope to explore more things to do in this small town.
