The rise in popularity of YouTube has been impressive; with the platform inspiring people to create videos and content to share with the world. When I was researching schools to attend my senior year, I wound up on the platform utilizing the second most popular search database to explore what it is like to attend many different schools around the country.
From there, I kept watching some of my favorite people; their style or personalities catching my attention. This was all three or four years ago before being a college YouTuber was a thing. Now, there are so many students around the country letting viewers into their lives while they are a student. I figured I’d share a few of my favorites in case you needed somewhere to get started.Â
- Margot Lee

I’m not sure if it’s because of her cool-girl aesthetic or overall positive attitude, but Margot has an interesting take on being a college YouTuber. As a student at Syracuse University, she makes a variety of videos ranging from fashion to her journaling process. Recently, she has taken on to making more professional development videos which I find very helpful!
- Paige Secosky

While we live in the same city, our lives are so different. Paige is currently studying at LIM College in Manhattan and her videos revolve around fashion and life in the city as a college student. From traveling to friends, you really feel like you’re living your life alongside her.Â
- Kris Hui

Kris is one of my favorite college YouTubers. Her work ethic is encouraging but she’s also really open and honest in her videos. She is a student at San Jose State University and I seriously recommend watching her videos if you ever need the motivation to get your schoolwork done.
- Danielle Carolan

Danielle is so busy! Not only is she a full-time student, but she also makes YouTube videos, has a podcast, is in a sorority and is a spin instructor. She attends the University of Georgia and makes fashion and vlog style videos.
- Roxy Saravia
-
Representing my school, Roxy attends Pace University and has a wide variety of videos that she makes. From astrology to interning at Wendy Williams, I think that her videos are really fun to watch. She also just started a podcast called “Coffee on the Rox” which has the best title ever.Â
Hopefully, you found someone new on this list if you already happen to love college-based YouTube videos. These women are all unique and inspiring in their own way and hopefully, you find some enjoyment out of this!
