No matter what time of year it is, you can never go wrong with frozen desserts. On this rainy fall day, Mercurio’s was packed with people enjoying fresh, mouth-watering Neopolitan pizza and delicious gelato. The gelato flavors were endless – Birthday Cake, Vanilla Caramel Cashew, Chocolate Marshmallow – it took forever to pick just three. I ended up choosing Mint Chocolate Chunk, Cookies & Crème, and Peanut Butter Cup, all packed beautifully in a tasty waffle cone. It was heaven. Next Mercurio’s run I plan on trying Birthday Cake, Hazelnut (mmm, Nutella!), and Raspberry Truffle. If only I could try them all!
