You may have seen this Campus Cutie in front of your classroom, setting up the computer for your professor, or up at Trees playing basketball. Ryan is a jack of all trades, having an exceptional sense of style, a good taste in music, a hilarious sense of humor, while still being one of the nicest people I have ever met! Ryan graciously accepted my offer to be Campus Cutie this week, so learn more about him here:
Name: Ryan Healy
Hometown: Ambler, PA
Major: Double Major in Accounting and Finance
Relationship Status: Single
Her Campus: What types of activities are you involved with on campus?
Ryan Healy: I play intramural basketball in the spring and the fall, and I work in the tech department on campus (He has fixed this interviewer’s computer multiple times). I also have an internship in the accounting department at a real estate agency.
HC: Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
RH: I can barely see myself in a year and a half, so this is tough. Well, I would assume I would have a job, which is to be determined. I want to be an accountant but I also enjoy finance, so something in either those fields. I also want a family. I come from a big family so maybe 4 kids.
HC: Describe yourself in three words.
RH: *Long Pause* Hmm… Three words… Let’s say funny, laid-back, and debonair.
HC: In a movie about your life, who would play you?
RH: Bradley Cooper. Hometown connection, and also he is an Eagles fan so it would be a perfect fit.
HC: Who would play your love interest?
RH: Emma Watson.
HC: What is the last song you played on your iPod?
RH: Not Today – Twenty one pilots.
HC: What do you look for in a girl?
RH: Someone who doesn’t want to just sit around, I like to go out and do things. I can’t sit still for very long, so I enjoy going out. Also, someone who gets my sense of humor.
HC: Describe your perfect date.
RH: It would begin by going to SkyZone, because that is my favorite place in the world. After SkyZone we would definitely work up an appetite, so we would get greasy food, to treat our selves. (The Cutie went on to mention tacos, pizza, fries etc.).
HC: So, after that, is the date over?
RH: Well of course not. Then we would have to take a nice, long, walk… to get dessert (cannoli’s, cheesecakes, churros, chocolate, anything with a ‘c’ basically).
HC: What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
RH: I was probably like 13, and I used to dive on the diving team (3 time Delaware valley diving champion), and I tried to do a back dive, but I didn’t jump out enough and I hit the back of my knees on the diving board and basically fell into the water. I stayed under water for like 20 seconds because I couldn’t face the disappointing looks in the crowd.
