I can finally say I broke my sushi virginity! My sister and I ordered the “Rainbow Roll” at Yokoso Japanese Steakhouse at the Waterfront. The thing I love about sushi is that it’s pretty small, yet every bite is packed with a variety of flavors and textures. The Rainbow Roll had crab, avocado, and cucumber wrapped with tuna, salmon, white fish, shrimp and avocado- so basically, all my favorite foods. With so many possible sushi combinations, I don’t think I’ll ever get bored of eating it!
