Ever wonder what a day in the life of a meme-loving trash-lord is like? Well lucky for you, I am here to tell you. It’s no secret: I live for memes. I eat, sleep and breathe memes. If I don’t make a reference to some ridiculous meme at least once in the span of a conversation, you better check my pulse to make sure my heart’s still beating. But hey, not everyone can be as devoted to memes as myself. Whether you take pleasure in a good meme now and then or follow every meme-page Facebook has to offer, I’m sure you can relate to a few of these!
Most (if not all) of your notifications are tags in memes.
So you see a good meme and what’s the first thing you do? Send it to a friend! All of your notifications then end up being likes and comments from your friends about your meme choices. Choose wisely!
People start ignoring your tags.
If you’ve been tagging friends often enough, it might get to the point that they no longer even look at them. Time for plan B: send them on Facebook messenger! After all, friends don’t let friends go meme-less. (Hopefully they won’t start ignoring those, too).
Most of your camera roll is memes.
You have to root through a slew of badly-edited memes and photos to find that super cute cat picture or the screenshot from last week it’s finally time to pull out. But you never delete them: you never know when your friend might be in need of a Pepe or Doge. Gotta be prepared!
…And you have a meme for every occasion.
You keep all your memes stockpiled on your phone so you can whip them out whenever the time is right! You’re always ready.
You’re the go-to meme person.
People you hardly ever talk to will tag you in memes. Who’s that, you ask? That is my meme-friend. We only ever talk through meme tags.
You talk about and reenact memes in every-day conversations.
Not sure how to say something or get your message across? There’s a meme for that. I’m personally a big fan of the White Guy Blinking meme.
And you just love memes you don’t care who knows!
No reason to hide it; it’s part of who you are.
