Crystals have been used for healing properties for many years. For most people they help with anxiety, good and bad days. I do want to point out, however, that crystals are not a substitute for professional help from a doctor if you’re not feeling well, please see your doctor! Crystals are a charm and mediation tool, not a substitute for medical care.  So now that’s out of the way I want to teach you all about crystals and which crystals are used for what:
Crystals don’t have to be expensive to purchase, it all depends on the size and who you buy them from. A great way to start with crystals is to get kit. This can range from $10 to $15. Amazon and Etsy are both great places to shop for crystals because most kits include basic crystals and a booklet.
Once you receive your crystals, it’s important to cleanse them. Crystals collect energy, especially energy from other people. Cleansing can be done in a couple of ways. The most simple way being cleaning them off with natural water. Collecting rainwater is a great way, and if you collect enough you can store it in a jar to always have on hand. If you don’t have access to natural water, tap water is fine. Simply pour the water over your crystals. Another great way to cleanse your crystals is to place them in moonlight. There are many ways to cleanse your crystals but you have to find what works best for you.
Once your crystals are cleansed, you can start using them. If you are an anxious person, carrying around a crystal is a great way to ease that anxiety. If you need motivation not to procrastinate carry a crystal with you. If you want to do well on an exam study… you guessed it, carry a crystal.
Different crystals do different things. Some crystals work with certain parts of the chakra so that makes a difference as well:
Rose quartz is a beautiful pink quartz that is great for easing anxiety and bringing love into your life.
Clear quartz is a great crystal to have because it is very versatile and can be used to help different situations.
Amethyst is great for enhancing creativity and helps with coming up with new ideas.
Turquoise is great for when you aren’t feeling well and need a reminder that you’ll get better with the help of a doctor and proper medical care. It’s a comforting stone to have.
There are tons of crystals and if I named them all the, this article would go on forever. Definitely do your research and have fun with it. Store your crystals in a place where you can feel their energy.
