While you now have a little black dress for every occasion (check them out here), you have to complete the look with fabulous makeup! Tie everything together with the perfect eye and lip combo to attract the attention of your favorite cutie, or just to rock the look for yourself. Here are some possible makeup looks to go with every LBD from last weekā€™s article:

Casual

An outfit decked out in awesome layers is definitely not one you will want to take attention from with an overly-dramatic makeup look, so keep it light and sweet! Her Campus Point Parkā€™s very own Lex Mikula is modeling a light eye done with all of the first Naked Paletteā€™s sparkly neutrals and a brown liner. This look is super simple, but the sparkly shadow will draw all the attention to your eyes without taking away from your fabulous outfit!

Date Night

Capture your cutieā€™s heart by keeping it romantic! Gabee Benson is modeling a flirty makeup look dominated by pink! The sweet bold lip is one that isnā€™t as intimidating as a deep red, but isnā€™t as casual as a nude. Paired with a light, sparkly pink shadow, this look will be sure to have your cutie blushing!

Formal

Shine ā€˜Old Hollywood Glamā€™ with this deep lip and bright eyes look modeled by Amanda Brown! The dark, sultry lip draws attention to your smile, while the very light and sparkly tones of your eyeshadow will keep your eyes glimmering. The sparkle in your eyes will be sure to match that of your LBD!

G.N.O.

When going out with your girls, you will own the place with this fantastic dramatic eye look modeled by Her Campus Point Parkā€™s own Emily Jamison! The deep purples, grays, and blacks will draw attention to your eyes while adding to the rocking look of your LBD! Pair with a neutral lip. (Remember: Dramatic eye OR dramatic lip! Never both! It will look overbearing!)

Chic for Class

Rocking a LBD for class is always an awesome idea, but keep your makeup on the natural side! Kristin Snapp is modeling a sweet berry lip color paired with lighter brown tones on her lids, which looks good for any eye color and will be sure to attract the attention of a cutie in class! He will LOVE that you dressed up, but didnā€™t look like you tried too hard (even if you did!)

Nicolette Kalafatis is a cinema production student (class of '17) at Point Park University. Nicolette joined Her Campus because she has always had an interest in writing, especially journalism. With a love of learning, she enjoys writing articles that bring unique things to readers' attention. When she was younger, Nicolette dreamed of working for a fashion magazine. Today, she plans to follow her dreams into film, but plans to keep writing, whether for a company or on her own on her wordpress. Nicolette's favorite thing about Her Campus is that she has met so many incredible people through it, and she has become friends with people that she may have never even met had it not been for Her Campus. She plans to encourage as many people as possible to join no matter their major. Nicolette hopes to take Her Campus Point Park to new horizons alongside the chapter's Campus Correspondants. She is very happy to be a part of the chapter since its first year and is excited to see how it grows and gets better.
