I’ve become quite accustomed to eating protein bars almost everyday. So I guess I’m a “pro” now. I usually only eat protein bars after workouts that exceed over 30 minutes. Most of the time, I eat them after my 55 minute, full body workouts, that occur at least 3 times a week. My go-to bars are Think Thin S’mores Protein and Fiber Bar and Oatmega Chocolate Mint. Today we will be comparing the Gol Bar in Chocolate Sea Salt to my two favorites.

Gol Bar would not be a bar that I personally would eat frequently due to the high amount of sugar but it definitely does have its positives. One of the biggest being that it actually taste better than many other protein bars on the market. It is also organic and high in protein. Overall, it is definitely worth a try to see if this protein bar fits into your daily life!
