Well collegiettes, it’s finally here. We’re halfway through the spring semester and the much-anticipated spring break 2015 has arrived. Say goodbye to snowy streets and hello to some much-needed R&R. For those of you lucky enough to be headed off to some tropical location with an entourage of your closest friends, it’s time to start preparing for your week away. Don’t know where to start? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Here are 7 solutions to some common spring break dilemmas that will ensure you have the best experience possible:

Problem: Road trip boredom.

Solution: The Intern’s Handbook by Shane Kuhn – Okay, okay, we know “intern” is probably one of the last words you want to hear while heading off to a place where responsibilities don’t exist – hear us out. Contrary to what you may think, this is not another advice manual and Shane Kuhn is not another so-called “career guru” who’s going to provide you with all the right tips that will supposedly land you the internship of your dreams. In fact, it’s practically the opposite. This international bestseller is a fictional account that follows the life of John Lago – an intern at a prestigious Manhattan law firm who just so happens to double as New York City’s most successful hit man. Woah, weren’t expecting that, were you? Believe us, a couple pages into this book and you won’t even notice how many hours you have to go.

Problem: Limited packing space.

Solution: Not Your Mother’s Haircare Mini Clean Freak Purifying Shampoos – Whether you’re taking a plane, a bus or your mom’s minivan, when it comes to packing, finding the room is always an issue. In fact, it’s safe to say the word “capacity” doesn’t really exist in a collegiette’s dictionary. This may start to pose major problems when figuring out how you are going to fit all your spring break essentials in an overhead compartment or fully-stuffed vehicle. Lucky for you, we’ve found a product that will fit in the palm of your hands and keep your beachy waves looking fabulous all through the week. Not Your Mother’s Haircare shampoo samples are the perfect addition to your spring break beauty collection and will easily clear up room in your suitcase for at least a few more crop tops.

Problem: You don’t have the time (or the money) for professional waxing.

Solution: Completely Bare Hair Removal ProductsAs we all know, hairy legs and skimpy bikinis don’t exactly mix. In fact, getting rid of unwanted hair is probably one of the biggest concerns of spring breakers before making the transition to their warm weather wardrobes. Unfortunately, after paying for a plane ticket and miscellaneous trip expenses, making a stop at the local spa for a professional waxing isn’t exactly in the budget. Time for plan B: Completely Bare Hair Removal’s Ready Set Wax Strips. These nifty little beauty solutions offer fast and convenient hair removal with no heating required. Talk about a win-win.

Problem: Creepy guys.

Solution: SABRE pepper spray – We all know one of the biggest perks to spring break is meeting new guys, but we also know how easily spring break hookups can take a turn for the worst if we’re not careful. No matter how many adorably courteous boys you might find, you are bound to meet a few jerks that you want to avoid. Though saying no and walking away should be enough for them to get the hint, that unfortunately isn’t always the case. Cue the pepper spray. With SABRE’s genius products like their Campus Safety Pepper Gel with Quick Release Key Ring, no matter where you go, you can take safety with you. So go out, have fun, get your flirt on and when he crosses the line, whip out your handy pepper spray.

Problem: A whole week without Chipotle.

Solution: Chipotle BOGO cardsLet’s be real, a week away from the stress of college and a free Chipotle burrito is probably the most heavenly combination you’ve ever heard of. We won’t all be lucky enough to have one within walking distance of our destinations, but making a quick stop before we get there is definitely doable. With Chipotle BOGO cards, you can make sure your weekly fix is satisfied without putting too much of a dent into your spending budget before you get there.

Problem: You’re a total beach bum.

Solution: Dirty Rush by Taylor BellThough we can all appreciate the salty breezes and golden sunshine of spring break beaches, not everyone enjoys venturing out from under the umbrella. In fact, some people will do anything to avoid it. If you are one of these people, you’re probably going to need some form of entertainment to alleviate your boredom while your friends are frolicking in the sand. How about a book? But not just any book – a shameless expose that offers the first true glimpse of “real” sorority life. Dirty Rush by Taylor Bell is exactly the type of no-boundaries true-to-life novel that will challenge everything you thought you knew about Greek life. Whether you are a sorority sister or not, this book is guaranteed to keep your eyes glued to the pages with every scandalous turn.

Problem: Healthy snacks don’t exist.

Solution: Mini LUNA barsThere’s no doubt that ample amounts of food are provided at most popular spring break destinations. The quality of that food? That’s a totally different story. While chicken fingers and French fries make a great meal by the beach, consuming only fried food for the entirety of your trip is going to take a toll on your body. In order to make it through a week’s worth of partying, you’re going to need a little energy – mini Luna bars are the perfect way to get it. Packed with nutrition and the best ingredients, these little powerhouses will help you through any spring break slump and keep your body in-check until you’re back to a regular sleep schedule. Pack them in your beach tote, take a few for the road or stick them in your pocket for the perfect midday (or late-night) snack.
