With sheets of ice, blankets of snow and below-freezing temperatures, this winter at Penn State has been a bit rough – to say the least. After being brutally attacked by some of the worst winter weather this school has seen in years, the signs of spring have finally arrived in Happy Valley. The temperatures are up, the parkas have been tucked away and the students have come out of hibernation. Rita’s is officially open, and Cafe 210 West is gearing up for some outdoor entertaining. So bring us your mild temperatures, cool breezes and endless sunshine, spring. We’re ready for ya!
