I am going to be ranking the top six zodiac signs who are most likely to be accomplished workers, whether that be becoming a CEO, entrepreneur or another high-ranked position.

There are several reasons why a Leo would make for a good business partner. First, being a fire sign, they are filled with a passion for their business. And as a stereotype, they strive to be the focus of attention. What better way to do that than own a company and have everyone adhere to your requests?
Leos are also natural-born leaders. As the lion in the zodiac, they are quite literally the leader of the pack. They will stand up for what they believe in, persist through any hardship they face and take risks for the company.

Scorpio is actually ruled by two planets, Mars and Pluto. With these differing energies, they get intensity and determination from Mars and a secretive and transformative vibe from Pluto. Scorpios are able to succeed with ease.
This sign is focused on getting to the position they want in the workforce and they will do it no matter what. As a water sign, Scorpios try their best to promote harmony and tranquility, but it may not be seen clearly with the intense force of Mars.
Scorpio is also ruled by the eighth house, which focuses on finances, merging and joint ventures. If there is a CEO of a company that you want to merge teams with, a Scorpio is your person!

Tauruses — known for being stubborn and eating a lot. However, there’s more to this sign than what meets the eye. For starters, according to Ladders, the largest amount of successful CEOs have been Tauruses. Mark Zuckerberg, one of the most impactful CEOs of our generation, is one of them.
It is natural for this sign to be stubborn and loyal — both ideal qualities in business. By being stubborn, they aren’t allowing people to silence them in the workplace and maintain motivation. They will also be loyal to the company and their employees. As a Taurus, they are incredibly grounded in their life. With this trait, they are able to keep a level head when times can get stressful in the office. Overall, a Taurus would be an ideal businessperson.

There’s a lot of technical evidence to back this one up. First of all, Capricorns are ruled by the tenth house, which focuses heavily on career, long-term goals, status and structure. They crave success in their life and take their career very seriously.
Second, Saturn is the ruling planet of Capricorn. This gives Capricorns a very ambitious personality while still keeping them aware of the limitations of life, so they can be more realistic as they work through life. Being ruled by Saturn also brings determination and responsibility. All of these factors make Capricorns a strong candidate for CEO.

The runner-up is the ram of the zodiac. This decision is primarily based on personal opinion rather than houses or planets (although that information still makes this a convincing argument). I know an Aries who is incredibly determined and destined to succeed in life. I feel like this reflects the typical Aries.
A fire sign, they are intensely determined to be the best they can be. Along with this, Mars is the ruling planet of Aries. Mars is the planet of assertion, passion and what drives you. An Aries is able to think fast and work in stressful environments.
There’s also a bit of show-off energy in your average Aries, so a lot of them love to public speak and know that people are listening to them. As a CEO or successful businessperson, an Aries will stop at nothing to make sure their business is successful, as it is a reflection of them and their work ethic.

The winner is… Virgos! It honestly just makes the most sense to me. Virgos are known to be incredibly organized as well as academically and career driven. They hold themselves to a very high standard in their work life, with an eye for specific details. Even if a Virgo’s version of success doesn’t revolve around their job, they strive for success in ways that make them happy in their life.
Because Virgos are an Earth sign, they remain grounded in their work, keeping what they pursue practical while still being motivated to remain focused on their end goal. A true Virgo would create a fruitful business, to say the least, that would always stay in line and ultimately, show high levels of success in the future.
