Shots from the Slopes

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Purdue chapter.

Like it or not, the first snowfall of the season is already a thing of the past. OK, so it was only a flurry, but there was definitely some snow on the ground last Thursday and I personally could not have been more thrilled! Snow brings with it the most wonderful things: winter, the holidays, family, good food, and snowboarding! I know there is virtually nowhere to board down here in the West LaLa, but when you’re home for the holidays I hope you can take advantage of the snow and find somewhere to hit the slopes! My favorite place? The Homestead in Glen Arbor, MI. It’s not the biggest mountain, but for me it holds some of my most favorite memories. It’s home. Here are some photos from our last trip up north. Where do you love to board?
