Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
- ½ c. avocado oil butter (Earth Balance)
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup monk-fruit sugar
- ½ cup keto-replacement powdered sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup. GF flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 masala chai tea bags
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Icing:
- ¼ keto powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. oat milk
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- Beat butter and monk-fruit sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Add all the liquid ingredients until fully combined.
- Add the dry ingredients in intervals until a dough forms.
- Form the dough until a ball and chill for an hour in the refrigerator.
- Line cookie sheet with 12 tbsp. dough drops and press evenly.
- Bake at 350° F for nine minutes exactly according to Miss Swift.
- Cool and cover the cookies with icing.

- Steep one tea bag in 8-12 oz. of non-dairy milk in a heated pan over the stove.
- Heat for 5-10 minutes on a medium heat.
