On Attending Queen’s University
HC: What made you decide to attend Queen’s?
Dorothy: I came for the sense of community and tradition, which I felt the second I first came on campus. As well both of my parents went to Queen’s so I’d always heard amazing stories about it.
HC: What is your favourite part of Queen’s so far?
Dorothy: I really love all of the friends and relationships that I have made here. Tutorial sizes are also a big bonus – I love being in small classes where we can discuss the course content.
HC: Where’s your favourite place on campus?
Dorothy: I love the Harry Potter room in Douglas Library! It’s such a good place to study, and as a Harry Potter fan I feel right at home.
HC: What’s your favourite movie?
Dorothy: Her or Interstellar
HC: What’s your Dream Travel Destination?
Dorothy: Iceland
HC: If you could have dinner with one person, who would it be?
Dorothy: Obama! Not just because he’s the current president of the United States, but also because he seems like a really interesting guy.
HC: What’s your favourite place on earth?
Dorothy: Camp! I’m an outdoorsy person and I love being anywhere outside.
HC: If you were an animal, what would you be?
