A: Definitely avocado toast in the morning! I slice up some avocados on a piece of toast, put a sunny side egg on top, and then add mayo and a little bit of salt and pepper to taste – it’s super quick and delicious!

A: I can make a mean omelette! Spinach, cheese, some pepper, a bit of a salt, and just a bit of butter to whisk it all together. It’s my go-to. Easy to make for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
