What you will need:
- 4 Ripe Avocados
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 Roma Tomato, diced
- 1 Small Red Onion, diced
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and diced fine
- 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt to Taste
Cut the avocado across the center and split in half. Using a large spoon, take the pit out of the avocado. Place the avocado in a bowl and using a large spoon break up the avocado but don’t mash it too much. Stir in the lime juice (this will also help prevent the avocado from browning).
Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine, and season to taste. Try not to inhale. Enjoy xx
