How To: Quick Key Lime Treat

The weather is warming up, which means you’ll be getting more event invites in the mail. Some of these fun little gatherings may require you to bring a dish. It can be hard trying to find the perfect treat to share with all of your friends. You must put into consideration that whatever you bring MUST taste amazing. You also have to think about calorie count, and whether you have enough time to prepare that treat. I’ve got just the thing for you! I’m going to share with you how to make the perfect Key lime dessert. It is quick, easy, and fun to make!

 

What You Will Need:

–       2 six ounce containers of Key lime yogurt

–       1 packet of Lime gelatin (sugar-free)

–       8 ounce container of Cool Whip

–       Graham cracker pie crust

–       ¼ Cup of boiling hot water (reduced-fat)

Instructions:

–       Dissolve the gelatin using the boiling water in a large bowl.

–       Mix in both containers of Key lime yogurt

–       Fold in Cool whip until completely blended

–       Fold in to pie shell

–       Chill for at least 2 ½ hours.
