There is no excuse not to make it to yoga when it has benefits you and your body in SO many ways. Yoga is a good workout, it helps prevent injury, increases immunity, improves circulation, helps with pain relief and so much more I could go on and on but basically just know that practicing yoga makes you an all around healthier human being. Sure, other exercise routines are great too, but where yoga trumps all workouts is that it is proven to actually improve your MIND. Who knew working out could save your sanity?! Becoming a yogi (read: one who practices yoga) is a fun way to put order back into your life and workout at the same time.
The positive vibes are real in yoga class and they help strengthen your happiness and overall mood. The yoga poses keep your mind and body healthy which brings the symbol of unity in your life…I know, deep stuff, but this unity helps to give you a self esteem boost and a more relaxed, positive outlook on life!
Taking part in yoga at least once a week for one hour, will help you become more physically fit, be happier, and live in peace with minimal stress.
