Fun Fall Things to do Around Salisbury

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Salisbury chapter.

Fall is a beautiful time of year, I don’t think anyone is denying that. I have lived in the Salisbury area all my life. Fall is an amazing time on the Eastern Shore (besides the humidity and hurricanes.

There are many things to do this time of year on the Shore. I listed the top five things to do (I also included a bonus activity). I included possible prices (all are either free or cheap) and how long it takes to get from Salisbury University to the destination.

My favorite thing to do in Salisbury any time of year, but especially on a cool autumn day is to walk around the zoo. The colors, the sounds, and the smell in the air it is all just amazing and the Salisbury Zoo has it all. It may not be huge, but it has some really nice exhibits. Surrounding the zoo is the City Park, which has a wonderful walking and bike trail.
