With finals quickly approaching, it’s time to start cramming. There are some great study places on campus to go hide and get work done. Check them out!
Copley Library: With the Law Library closed to only law students, Copley is always a good place, as it’s open for 24 hours. Sometimes the Harry Potter room and the main room get a little too packed with all your friends and the distractions they bring. Try going down the stairs and getting your own cubicle in the stacks. You can avoid any distractions and the space is dead silent.
Aromas: Yes, this is a social place that people come to to drink coffee and chat. But it can also be a great place to study with groups. And you don’t have to leave to get a cup of coffee to keep you going.
Serra Hall: USD opens up classrooms during finals. It’s a great place to go hide and have a quiet space to get some serious studying done.
Franks Lounge: This is a place people usually go to watch TV. But during finals week, it’s so quiet you can hear a pin drop. Grab some food and a coffee, and come crank out those papers you’ve been putting off all week.Â
Her Campus San Diego wishes you the best of luck with Finals!
