What are you apart of (school, work, internships, etc.?
I am part of Hermanas Unidas, LUC and an intern for Mission Girls.
What is your role in the Hermanas Unidas organization?
In Hermanas Unidas I am the main representative for the organization. Therefore, I am in charge of overseeing all projects, facilitating our weekly meetings and I provide practical planning for most projects/events.
Can you explain what the organization/club is about?
Hermanas Unidas is a non-profit organization that provides undergraduate, graduate and professional leadership opportunities and resources for predominately Latina college students and alumni by participating in and organizing academic, community service, social events and workshops.
Do you have any hobbies?
My favorite hobbies are to hang out with my friends and boyfriend whether it is just relaxing at home or at the beach. Going shopping, playing and watching baseball and soccer.
How do you stay organized with all you do and all your events?
I am not the most organized person, but I have learned that in order to stay on top of my work you have to be somewhat organized. My agenda and my iPad is what has helped me out the most. I carry both of those items everywhere I go and I have daily To-do lists.
And lastly.. What is something people don’t know about you?
I will do whatever it takes to make people happy.
