Flowers are blooming and the sun is coming out. Spring is here! It’s time to put the winter wardrobe in the box and bring out the shorts. Trends are always coming and going, so let’s see what Spring fashion has in store.
Patterns & Pastels
Florals in Spring…how ground-breaking. It’s not, but this is the one that’s here to stay. Floral patterns each year come around for spring dresses and tops. There are other patterns like groovy lines from the 70s and stripes. Colors are essential in spring as pastels are the number one-color scheme to go by.
Linens
Adding to minimalist wardrobe, linens have become an airy trend to wear especially during Spring into Summer. H&M and Zara have these types of apparel covered that are perfect to throw on. The white linen button up has become a fashion staple for either everyday wear or when going to the beach. Matching linen sets can be found at Target in different spring colors like green or pink.
Swimsuits
Suns out, buns out! Swimsuits are essential now that it’s warmer and tanning is crucial for a nice glow. As per usual TikTok creators are finding that Amazon has cute styles that are affordable for all shapes. ASOS has a curvy swimsuit line perfect for Spring and to carry out through to summer. The high waisted bottoms are coming back as well as the high thigh bottoms. These give hips definition and can make you look taller.
Mule Heels
These easy slip-on heels have been coming out since last summer with cute colors and patterns. These heels can spice up a casual look for a dinner party or club night. The shoes at Target range from $25-$35. These shoes can be particularly hard to fit for women with wider feet, so DSW sells these heels for various sizes. With the heel being less than five inches, the shoes are comfortable to wear around without the fear of toppling over.
It’s time to bring out those colors and patterns to shine into Spring. Here are some creators to follow for fashion inspo on TikTok.
