  1. Do NOT wash your hair every day. No matter what type of hair you have, washing it
    every day can damage it and can leave it oily/greasy, or can otherwise mess it up.
  2. Use cleanser every day! This can help because some of us have oily skin!
  3. Don’t touch your face. You have a lot of bacteria on your hands and touching your face
    will spread the germs and may cause acne and/or redness.
  4. Journal! Even if you don’t like writing, journaling can help relieve your emotions,
    especially stress/sadness.
  5. EAT! Eating may not be seen as self-care, but it helps your body get energy and can help
    you do other self-care things.
