What do you get when you add high-energy music, cardio, dance, and fun? The answer is a St. Ambrose Zumba class. One of the faces of Ambrose Zumba is Brianna Bellman, a sophomore journalism major from Davenport, IA. Brianna decided to become a Zumba instructor after attending classes regularly for about a year. Her favorite things about teaching Zumba are pushing people to be their best and helping them burn calories in an enjoyable way. She also loves teaching so she can utilize her passion for choreographing.     Â
Zumba has become extremely important to Brianna. In her own words, “Zumba has become such a huge part of my life I got a tattoo on my side of the Zumba sign. It’s something that will be with me for a long time, and I’m really passionate about it. Being healthy makes me happy, and I love to help people make healthy choices.”
Come Zumba with Brianna on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 in the Rogalski Center Ballroom!
