This past Friday, we had an event down at the office I work at called Friday Night Jam. These nights lie on the last Friday of the month. We have karaoke, Wii games, food, music, and board games. This Friday Night Jam was fun because I planned most of it. I made pumpkin-shaped Rice Krispie Treats, and “witches’ brooms” (pretzels and Peanut Butter Cups), and I bought some pumpkin-shaped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. I also was in charge of not only the shopping but also the music. Has anyone told you how difficult it is to find lots of Halloween music?! This is the playlist I put together for this event:
- Spooky Scary Skeletons (A classic….)
- I Put A Spell On You (the version from Hocus Pocus)
- Somebody’s Watching Me by Rockwell and Michael Jackson
- Thriller by Michael Jackson
- Monster Mash by Bobby “Boris” Pickett
- Ghostbusters by Ray Parker Jr
- Creep by Radiohead
- Superstition by Stevie Wonder
- Heads Will Roll by the Yeah Yeahs
- The Addams FamilyÂ
- Theme from HalloweenÂ
- Goo Goo Muck by the Cramps
- A Nightmare on My Street by Will Smith
- “One, Two Freddy’s Coming For You” from A Nightmare on Elm Street
- Vampire by Olivia Rodrigo (yes, the clean version; I promise!)
- (You’re The) Devil in Disguise by Elvis Presley
- Heartbreak Hotel by Heidi Feek (the version from American Horror Story…Highly recommend)
- Time Warp from the Rocky Horror Picture Show
- This is Halloween from the Nightmare Before Christmas
- Friends on The Other Side from Princess and the Frog
