Finals season is coming up just around the corner. As much as it doesn’t feel like it, it’s time to start preparing. I’ve found that one of the best ways to help de-stress from a long study session or when taking a study break is to just get up and dance. You don’t have to be a good dancer. I’ve found that the act of getting up and dancing helps because it gets you up and moving around and it’s a fun little brain break.

I personally listen to a lot of k-pop so some of these songs will be ones that have relatively easy dances to learn if that is something you are interested in. And even if you aren’t, they’re still just good songs to dance to however you want. And some of these songs are just really good to help you get up and dance.

  • Queencard by (G)I-DLE
  • Surfinā€™ (Lee Know, Changbin, Felix) by Stray Kids
  • One and Only by Boynextdoor
  • Charmer by Stray Kids
  • Killinā€™ Me Good by JIHYO
  • She Looks So Perfect by 5 Seconds of Summer
  • Shake It Off by Taylor Swift
  • Who Says by Selena Gomez & The Scene
  • Still Into You by Paramore
  • Sneakers by Knox

Some of these songs might not be your taste but that’s okay. I think it’s important for everyone to have a good playlist that they can just get up and dance to. Especially during finals season.

I will forever believe in the mid-study session dance break.
