In life, we find that as we grow older, we assess ourselves and wonder if we are where we should be in life. We wonder if we could have made better decisions that would have resulted in us being in a better place than where we currently are. I know many people who struggle with this; especially those with children. Mothers wonder if they are providing the best life for their child and question if they had them too early. You might look over, see someone your age, and assume they are doing much better than you, but meanwhile, they are miserable. Remember that none of us are perfect. This means there is no perfect or right way to go through life. We are each living within our own path of life and God blesses us each with different timing and in different capacity. I believe the best way to be content with your own life is to love God, love yourself, and understand that you will make mistakes but will also learn from them. Let God’s light shine through you despite your circumstances. During this month of love, show yourself EXTRA love and care and know that everything will work out fine. {Matthew 6:25-27}
