What determines success often differs depending on what type of background you have while
growing up. Many households were based on education, some on religion, and in rare cases, a
few didn’t have guidance. Success is roughly defined as the ability to reach your goals in life.
Many base success on graduating from high school and some but not all will be shocked that,
that is not the case. Of course, graduating high school can put you ahead on your road to success
but it does not guarantee success in any way change or from. Success is based on you and the
three R’s: reflect, reskill, and stay resilient. To reflect means to think deeply or carefully about it.
When it comes to success reflecting helps you to develop your skills and review their
effectiveness. To reskill is the process of learning new skills. To reskill means to become more
versatile. To stay resilient means to be able to adapt to life’s misfortunes and setbacks. Staying
resilient means not letting negative thoughts derail your efforts. When success is labeled as one
thing by society it can hinder you as an individual from growing as the person you are meant to
be. This issue needs to be discussed more because this is what is happening in today’s time.
Success isn’t easy but it all depends on you.
